TAA+ Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TAA+ application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This Service is an internal operational tool for authorized personnel of Thai AirAsia ("Company"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TAA+ is a web-based application intended to replace the Line bot and consolidate Baywatch dashboard data. Its purpose is to facilitate a smooth, seamless exchange of operational information among authorized Thai AirAsia team members.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

  • You must be an authorized user with a valid @Thai AirAsia.com account to access the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you access through the Service.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
  • Sharing your account access with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
